As a strategic hire, you’ll lead major Federal Government engagements—backed by a high‑performing team of architects, consultants and delivery specialists who help you shape, win and deliver complex transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account managers, architects, delivery leaders and SI partners to drive strategic pursuits
• Engage senior government and enterprise stakeholders to understand priorities and shape transformation pathways
• Present capability, expertise and service offerings that accelerate enterprise‑wide change
• Lead or coordinate discovery workshops with presales and consulting teams
• Build technology roadmaps and high‑level project approaches
• Contribute to account strategy across targeted Federal Government portfolios
• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue and margin targets

Profile Required

• 5+ years in technology solutions or professional services sales, or senior consulting/architecture roles
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and professional services organisations
• Experience in Federal Government, public sector, finance, utilities or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure and application development
• Proven success developing proposals, SoWs, close plans and services strategies
• Exceptional communication, consultative selling and presentation skills
• A strong network of relevant government or enterprise relationships
